555 Arroyo is located two blocks from the light rail and near Huntington Hospital and Whole Foods Market.
Adept sees 555 Arroyo as the optimal location for the first upscale senior housing development in Pasadena alongside a vibrant and central retail space. Senior housing plans consist of studio, 1, and 2-bedroom apartment homes. This project aims to address the housing needs of a notably large and underserved aging population in Pasadena and the broader Los Angeles area.
Operating the last 17 years in Pasadena with more than 70 percent of its employees living locally, Adept is committed to providing local citizens with ample opportunities to share what they would like 555 Arroyo to become in order to make it a destination that enhances the community and those who live and work there.
Over the next 12 months, Adept’s planning team will involve community groups, citizens and community leaders in a series of roundtable discussions and meetings to ensure that those who want to share their input on the future of the project have the opportunity to communicate their visions.
The completed project is anticipated to bring approximately 200 new jobs to Pasadena, with an estimated target opening date in 2025 or 2026.
Throughout construction, the adjacent Whole Foods Market will remain open, along with parking access.
