Thatcher is a mixed-use development of the site currently occupied by the Thatcher Medical Plaza Parking Lot. The project calls for the preservation of the historical Thatcher Medical Center as well as the introduction of 75 new housing units and 331 segregated parking stalls for both housing and medical services use.

The existing Thatcher Medical Center building dates back to 1947 and was built in a French provincial style with Victorian/New Orleans ornamentation. The fired clay brick walls of golden hues are accented by black steel columns and decorative wrought iron. Brick is also the dominant material for many of the older buildings on Green St. that borrow architectural elements from various styles, predominantly Victorian Revival and Neoclassical. The architectural language of this historical area is diverse and speaks to the ever‐evolving character of this Pasadena neighborhood. Our intent is to produce a building with contemporary finishes that respects the history and quality of the neighborhood.

The unit mix provides a range of studio to 3-bedroom units. Townhouse units have access to private roof decks.
